Resuscitation is never easy nor possible, as we plunder on. Hospice might seem a welcome relief because darkness is light. Silence a better option. T.S. Eliot described voices in “The Hollow Men”

“Voices are
    In the wind’s singing
    More distant and more solemn
    Than a fading star.”

But voices also sing. They harmonize “Hallelujah” and call out deep desires in our soul. Life, although a fleeting slowly darkening dream, can be influenced by an elixir of song, the presence of chorus, verse and music. The alchemist in your life could be imagination and perseverance to be cautious of the dark, make your nucleus intrinsically strong, embracing the rising sun and noting the seasons.

Darkening clouds never last, because the storm lifts, eventually leaving choices in its path as we radiate towards a more powerful truth of our existence. Measured consciousness is a super power, practiced with spiritual discipline and great determination; which can alter your life.

No longer a slave to the dull and depressing words of Eliot and self prescribed “dying with a bang not a whimper”…..you can be in flight. Daily determination to walk long distances, freeing your mind of unnecessary stress; strengthens our conscious and unconscious mind. Never again to dwell in the shadow of grief, until we choose that path, but for a moment.
